AYURVEDA MASSAGE

Ayurveda massage techniques originated from the traditional healing medicine in India and its   knowledge about a healthy and long life.

        These techniques are being practiced very successfully today in the Wellness world.
           They harmonise body energy, help deal with the pressures of modern life, boost the               effectiveness of the immune and nervous system, and release tensions. They help
                 restore the emotional balance and the natural radiance and beauty of the body, and                    solve psychosomatic problems.
                      There are several techniques aimed at different parts of the body, and it is a
                         blessing to be able to experience them in a full-body massage.

                                Full-body-massage: 90 or 120 minutes
                                  Face massage: 30 minutes
                                    Head and neck massage: 30 or 60 minutes

      Foot massage: 30 or 60 minutes
        Back massage: 30 or 60 minutes
          Oil-pouring-treatment: 60 minutes
            Silk-glove-massage: 60 minutes full-body-massage
                 (without oil) 30 minutes partial massage

                I use sesame oil for these treatments, but essential oils can also
                  be added according to your personal preferences. Please allow                    approx. 20 minutes relaxation time after each session.
